Connect to make more informed deal decisions with access to ARGUS® Enterprise Cloud’s financial assumptions and Dottid’s real-time leasing data.

Dottid pulls MLA (Market Leasing Assumption) information from Argus Cloud to your Dottid environment. Through this integration, Company Admins (Portfolio Managers, Asset Managers, Technology Leaders, etc.) can see the comparative MLAs as deals are negotiated to see if the current terms meet your assumptions. Company Admins can reference these MLAs on the Deal Terms and Leasing Assumptions pages.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Must ensure use of ARGUS Enterprise Cloud and Argus Data API to enable integration

  • Generate Client Key, Client Secret, Organization, and Environment by uploading Dottid Integration Certificate

  • Enable ARGUS API User Email for integration account

  • Validate necessary information is present in Argus Cloud

    • Portfolios are setup

    • Property files live in portfolios

    • Property files are part of the base scenario in ARGUS Cloud

    • Suite numbers are tagged to MLAs

  • Match ARGUS Enterprise Cloud Properties with Dottid Properties

  • Have access to the Company Admin Space in ARGUS Enterprise Cloud

Dottid Responsibilities

  • Provide Dottid API Certification

  • Daily sync of Argus Cloud Data at 7:30AM CT

  • Support client’s validation of data as imported into Dottid

  • Coordinate with client to resolve data or integration issues impacting the import
