Introduce yourself and the company you work for.

My name is Luke Aviles and I serve as a leasing representative for HPI’s Dallas portfolio focusing on office assets. Since 1992, HPI has successfully acquired or developed over 12MM SF of institutional real estate over a 27 year history of profitability. We currently have locations in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.

What is your business’s mission?

Our business mission is to provide value to our clients and customers with a relationship driven, hands on approach to leasing and management.

How is your company different from your competitors?

Third-party owners and investors partner with HPI because we implore a true owner’s mentality to our leasing and management services.

Where will your company be in 5 years?

We aim to expand our presence in all locations while creating valuable partnerships with institutional investors. As we continue to grow, we will treasure our existing relationships that have allowed us to maintain a positive reputation in the metroplex.

What key factors have led to your success?

What problem(s) were you trying to solve with Dottid?

We were looking for a more effective way to track our deal progressions for each asset as well as multiple printable materials to send to owners. The ability to export a leasing summary through Dottid is important to us in order to provide color during our investor calls.

How does our product or service stand out from other options?

Dottid is extremely user friendly for all parties involved in a lease transaction for any type of asset.

What made you happiest about working with our company? What is your biggest success story?

It has been a pleasure to work with Kyle and Alex as they continue to grow the Dottid brand. I have seen the long hours of development begin to payoff as the platform has become more effective and efficient for real estate operators to use.
