Users can see quantitative data to evaluate their recent leasing performance and make decisions on where to focus attention and resources.
Users can see average deal terms of recently completed deals, to guide decisions on future offers and deal terms to prospective tenants.
Completed deals will help users understand leasing velocity over time.
Deals done by asset managers and brokerage will help evaluate and compare performance between different team members.
The average deal metrics can be viewed by property or portfolio to guide future negotiations and acceptable offers.
Deal Terms Improvements
New fields have been added to the deal terms.

Exclusive use has expanded from being associated with just the deal to be better integrated with the property.
Exclusion tags can now be inputted with exclusive use as an encumbrance in the deal terms. These tags will automatically update the edit property modal and property details card.
Updated Tenant Improvement Allowance dropdown with selection of units (PSF/Total).
Users can track Landlord Work and Security Deposit in deal terms.
