Stop scrambling to collect static reports for leasing updates and instantly have everything you need to efficiently run weekly calls. Simply select the Deal Pipeline for one of your properties to view real time insights on deals, inquiries, and recent inactivity. With your redesigned Deal Pipeline, you can lead smarter leasing calls, fueling efficiency in your team’s workflow.
Analyze Trends in Your Prospect Data
Know what your prospective tenants want before they tell you with instant access to useful insights. Track key metrics like the top locations of tenant inquiries and the top reasons prospects are not interested in a space. With your new Inquiries Overview Page, you can easily analyze trends in your prospect data and make asset decisions with confidence.
Track the Latest Deal Activity and Comments
Know where your deals stand with as few clicks as possible and stop hunting through your inbox or old spreadsheets to find the latest deal activity. We recently consolidated Deal Activity and Deal Comments, so you can find status updates and communication about your deals all in one place. Leverage your newly streamlined Deals Page in your workflow and never again miss a critical update about your deals.
Export What’s Important with the Click of a Button
Export deal activity, deal terms, and other relevant information from Dottid to better manage your portfolio. Excel reports with Deal Activity, Inquiries, and Recent Inactivity for specific markets and assets are now available directly from your Dottid Launchpad. Export what’s most important with the click of a button and ensure you have all the necessary data for quick analysis and decision-making.
More Easily Find Information for Your Most Important Deals
Track your most important deals by selecting the star icon to move them to your Deal Favorites List. These deals will always be on your Launchpad as soon as you log into Dottid and at the top of your Deals List, so you can access them with ease. Stop scrambling for the deal information you need and easily prioritize the deals that matter most.
