With our most recent release, users are now able to:
View Unread Activity for Your Deals
Easily keep track of your most critical deals and know instantly when a deal needs your attention. Dottid surfaces real-time updates on unread activity for your deals. Simply look for the orange dot next to any deal in the Left Navigation Menu and immediately know when you have unread deal activity. Check your Deals List for unread activity and never miss a beat as the deal progresses.
Manage Retail Properties in Dottid
Easily manage all your retail assets in Dottid. Users can now keep property specific information (e.g., exclusive uses, zoning, nearby traffic count, etc.) in one centralized place. Never again lose track of essential building information for your retail properties.
Seamlessly Add a New Inquiry
Tracking all your prospective tenant inquiries should be as easy as possible, so we are simplifying how users add a new inquiry to their inquiries list. We recently refreshed our Add Inquiry Window. Now, users can seamlessly record the tenant’s name, enter tenant details like target LCD, and choose relevant properties all in one step.
