Dottid’s Stacking Plan: Asset Visualization
Keeping track of leasing activity on your properties is exhausting and time consuming. Our newest feature adds labels to suites so users can easily see which tenants are renewing, expanding, down-sizing, relocating, or moving out.
Never reference a long lease document again—everything you need can be found in our updated Property page.
Edit and Delete Comments
Things move fast in commercial real estate. Documents, deal terms, and transaction specific information is constantly changing. Users are now able to amend comments where deal details have changed and delete comments that may no longer be pertinent to the completion of the transaction. It’s no surprise that deals get done faster when communication between the team is organized and up to date.
Additional Parking Details
Previously, users were only able to record parking as a ratio. We have now added additional fields for users to record the number of reserved and unreserved spots and total monthly parking costs. Quickly edit and update parking throughout the negotiation, as well as all other deal terms from the Deal Terms tab located within the deal detail page.
