May 2020 Release Notes
Our release notes describe new features released each month.
In our most recent release, users are now able to:
Dottid's Stacking Plan: Asset Visualization
Our biggest feature to date, Asset Visualization, gives users a birds eye view of upcoming lease expirations and vacant suites. Users can quickly determine which tenants are in what suites, whose lease is expiring next, and what deal activity looks like for vacant suites. This exciting new feature keeps the landlord team out of long lease documents searching for tenant expiration dates and renewal options.
Click into a suite to view current and previous tenants, deal terms, or upcoming deals. Users can even create a new deal (renewal, expansion, contraction, or relocation) for an existing tenant without leaving the suite.
View property metrics: occupancy rate, current vacant square footage, and the square footage of deals in progress. Always be in the know on your asset’s deal activity, from tour to move-in. Our property snapshot shows you the metrics you need to know and allows users to toggle between current and prospective tenants, giving landlord team members real time data on the most important benchmark in leasing—occupancy.
Create Deals Easier and Faster
Dottid is making it easier and faster to create deals—add a deal for a prospective tenant from an inquiry or a current tenant. Easily add suites, the appropriate deal types, and teammates; optionally add a Tenant Rep contact to supercharge your deal. Get your deals into Dottid so you can navigate the many steps of the leasing transaction efficiently.
Comment on Deal Activity
Keep your communications with your teammates organized by the stage of the deal. Users can now add and track comments by stage. Comments can be viewed in one continuous thread or by a specific stage. Never miss an update on a deal again.
