April 2020 Release Notes
Our release notes describe new features released each month.
In our most recent release, users are now able to:
Suites Page Redesign
Never miss a lease renewal again with our new suites page. Using live data, this page allows users to track current and historical deal terms. No need to constantly reference long lease documents; all deal terms are stored within each individual suite. Know exactly how many months are left on the current tenant’s lease with our timeline, view active deals on a vacant or soon to be vacant suite, and easily manage suite files. Your lease terms have never been so organized and accessible.
Edit Property Redesign
Keep your property specific data up to date with our property redesign. You can now manage NNN and electricity data year over year, parking ratios, minimum and maximum rent values, rental rate, and property lease types. This data does not change often, but when it does, you’re a few clicks away from staying up to date.
Tenant Pipeline Renamed Inquiries
Formerly named Tenant Pipeline, your Inquiries page is your starting point for all new deals. We separated inquiries from deals because we want you to be able to efficiently manage prospective tenants without getting bogged down by proposal negotiations or the latest version of your space plan. Easily scroll through your inquiries and move active inquiries to deals when appropriate. This page will save you time and put you ahead of the competition.
Track Deal Terms
Manage all of your deal terms in our new Deal Terms tab located within the deal detail page. Home to the most important information of the deal; quickly edit and update the lease terms as you negotiate your deals. Add additional fields: renewal option, termination option, expansion option, ROFR, and ROFO to ensure all important parts of your lease are captured.
Export Deals to Excel
Download deal terms from the Deal Terms page for quick reporting, accessibility, and distribution.
