March 2020 Release Notes
Our release notes describe new features released each month.
In our most recent release, users are now able to:
Optionally Add a Tenant Rep
Our March release allows the Landlord and Leasing Teams to invite another key contributor to a lease transaction—the Tenant Rep. Deal creators (asset managers or leasing agents) can now optionally invite a Tenant Rep to the deal. Add the Tenant Rep when creating a new deal from the Deals page or when scheduling a tour within the Tenant Pipeline. Including the Tenant Rep on the deal is just another way Dottid is increasing organization and accountability within a lease transaction.
Tenant Pipeline
Formerly named Tenant Inquiries, our new Tenant Pipeline allows users to easily apply filters, search by the tenant or tenant rep, and view an active tenant lead counter. Users can now enter current locations of tenants and document why tenants aren’t interested in a space. This data is visually captured to provide important feedback for Landlords and Leasing Agents.
Adding an inquiry is EASY—enter the tenant name, add tenant details, and assign potential properties of interest for the perspective tenant. The user can optionally invite a Tenant Rep to a deal which allows transparent communication between yet another party involved in the deal.
Why Deals Fall Through
Tired of not knowing why tenants aren’t interested in a space? Dottid now allows landlord users to easily track reasons a tenant isn’t interested in one of their properties, or why the deal fell through. All uninterested reasons are recorded by property and can be viewed in the Tenant Pipeline in bar graph form so you can easily communicate to building owners why a tenant isn’t leasing a space.
Command Center
Our new user profile allows you to easily edit your profile, control notification settings, toggle between user accounts, and provide Dottid with feedback.
