Our release notes describe new features delivered each month.

With our most recent release, users are now able to:

• Create multiple options on deal terms

• See the NPV for their deals in Dottid

• View the payback period and payback analysis table

Multi-option Functionality

Deal terms have gotten more flexible in Dottid. With our new multi-option feature, users can create a single proposal or counter that includes multiple options for prospective tenants. Users can quickly add or remove options in the workspace, and view a side by side comparison of the changes to a single option on our deal terms overview page. All of this information is still exportable so users can pull the information and use it as they need.

Net Present Value

Dottid users can now see the NPV on deals they are negotiating. The discount rate is stored at the property level and surfaced throughout the the deal term negotiation process.

Payback Analysis Table

Along with calculating the payback period, the new payback analysis table provides period-by-period financial insight in Dottid. Users can scroll up and down in the table to see the value of the deal over time and the break-even point will be highlighted green.
