With our most recent release, users are now able to:
Deal Pipeline Metrics on Properties Header
With deal pipeline metrics added to the properties header, users can see the occupancy rate (percentage), vacancy (square footage), and amount of square footage expiring this year and next. These metrics provide a snapshot into the health of each asset in your portfolio.
Format Text on Activity Comments
Users can now bold, underline, and italicize text in their activity comments. This feature allows for additional collaboration and organization of important lease activity.
Interact with Mobile Files
The wait is over - the Dottid Mobile App has received a major upgrade in terms of functionality! You asked, and we listened: Users can now directly interact with files in the Dottid Mobile App (email, text, share, save files and more - directly from inside the app). This feature equips on-the-go brokers, property owners, and asset managers to view and share files without having to return to their desks.
Refreshed Mobile Tenants Page and Filters
We’ve revamped the tenants page on our mobile app! With lease expiration dates now listed, brokers can see which leases are expiring soon and prioritize completing those renewals. In addition, the mobile app now has the same filters as the web. Users can now sort deal and inquiry lists from their phones and quickly find exactly what they need.
