With our most recent release, users are now able to:
Office Property Cards
Reach a higher level of visibility with six new Office Property Cards: Property Details, Tenant Breakdown, Amenities, Parking, Security, and Sustainability. These cards display all of your building information, in one centralized place. Users can easily edit the information when changes occur at a property level. Simultaneously, users have the opportunity to make data-driven decisions for the future of their properties, based on the information displayed on each of these cards.
Streamlined File Management
A refreshed, tighter file management system provides added speed and usability for Dottid users. As you know, Dottid serves as a central location for uploading, managing, and sharing relevant documents. Now, with the new condensed file management, users are able to see more files on the screen - this means less scrolling and an overall boost in Dottid’s accessibility. With colored icons integrated for each file type, it’s easier to find exactly what you’re looking for - and in less time. File management has been updated at both the property and deal levels, making the Dottid platform easier to use and more robust for users.
