Check Recent Deal Activity
Accessible via the Deal Overview Page, the Deal Activity Monitor allows users to see a snapshot of recent deal activity. Stop wasting time recreating monthly reports, and simply reference the Deal Activity Monitor for real-time data on your deal pipeline. View the data in the way that makes the most sense to you by filtering the visualization by deal stage. Ensure your most critical leasing goals are met with up-to-date data on the Deal Activity Monitor and increase accountability across your deal teams.
View Deal Stage Conversion Rates
The new Conversion Rates Card on the Deal Overview Page gives users greater insight into leasing timelines. Easily view the percentage of deals that have advanced to each deal stage and gain instant visibility into the progression of your deals. Better understand how many of your prospective tenants completed a tour and how many of those tenants went on to request proposals. With the Conversion Rates Card, you can report accurately on deal activity using real-time leasing insights.
Take Action on Dormant Deals
Our Dormant Deals Card instantly surfaces deals that have not had activity (deal comments, task completion, etc.) in 14 or more days. Users can instantly take action by clicking any dormant deal to better understand why the deal is dormant, assign overdue tasks, or officially inactivate the deal. Never lose track of a dormant deal again and reference your Dormant Deals Card to accelerate your deal pipeline.
Mark a Tenant Inquiry as Undisclosed
Help your team keep track of important details without adding extra work. Users can now mark a tenant inquiry as undisclosed and Dottid will automatically populate the title of the inquiry as “Undisclosed” plus the tenant’s specific industry. Ensure you are tracking only the most accurate information for your prospects.
