Quickly reference contact information and engage with the Tenant Rep to keep the deal moving forward. Contact management and effective deal follow-ups are easier than ever.
Export Net Effective Rent to Excel
Dottid gives you the power to run financial analyses and test different scenarios for your deals. Users can now export Net Effective Rent when exporting Deal Terms to Excel. Simply select the Export Button on a proposal or counter and leverage this data for your deal negotiation. Dottid guarantees you have all the necessary data for quick analysis and decision-making.

Always have access to the most accurate deal data at your fingertips. We are making it easier than ever for you to instantly view the impact of adjusted deal terms, directly within the rent schedule. After you enter deal terms and select the Auto-Populate Button, you can manipulate your rent schedule and watch the data change based on the new numbers entered.
