Mention Team Members in Deal Comments
Collaboration is critical to getting deals across the finish line and you need the right tools to guarantee effective team communication. We are excited to announce Dottid’s newest @Mentions Feature. Tag team members to call their attention to an upcoming task or a deal update. Simply mention the team member you want to notify in the deal comment by typing “@” followed by their name. The team member instantly receives an email notification about the mention. Easily nudge any member of your team, so you get the answers you need and get the deal done faster. Start using our @Mentions Feature and streamline collaboration on your deal teams.
Run your Leasing Meetings from the Property Page
Stop scrambling to put together a static report for your weekly leasing updates. Run leasing calls directly from the Dottid Property Page, where you have access to everything you need to know for your assets. Simply select one of your properties to view real time insights on current tenants, deals, inquiries, and recent inactivity. With our updated Property Details Tabs, Dottid gives you the power to instantly access information to effectively manage your assets.
Add Leasing Commissions for a Deal
Always wondering how a change in deal terms will affect the brokers’ commission? In Dottid, you can automatically track commission payouts for both the landlord and tenant brokers. Staying on top of important deal details has never been easier.
Export Individual Deal Terms to Excel
Export the most accurate deal data with the click of a button. Users can now export individual Dottid Deal Terms to Excel so you can run additional financial analysis and test different scenarios. Simply select the Export Button on a proposal or counter offer and leverage this data to communicate throughout the entire deal negotiation. Dottid ensures you have the all the necessary tools for quick reporting and data distribution.
Receive a Daily Digest Email
Dottid is making it easier than ever to stay on top of what’s most important to you. Toggle the Daily Digest notification from the Settings Page to receive a recap of the latest deal activity in your inbox–every day. Never again miss a deal update, even while you’re away.
View Percentage Leased on the Dashboard
Reference your Dottid Dashboard to view the real-time metrics you need to manage your properties. Now you can quickly check the overall percentage leased for your assets on the top of the Dashboard. Dottid provides you with key insights to know the overall health of your assets, better preparing you for the day ahead.
