With our most recent release, users are now able to:
Archive Sold Properties
When you decide to dispose of an asset or an asset no longer needs to be tracked on Dottid, simply submit a request to archive the property directly from the Properties Page. Our Client Success Team will promptly review the request and you can archive the property data in Dottid. Once the property is archived, users can no longer create additional inquiries or deals, and any active deals and inquiries will be inactivated. All the data associated with the property, including inquiries, deals, and files will be saved for future reference, just in case!
Set Leasing Goals
Introducing a smarter version of your lease-up schedule: Leasing Goals. Stop hunting through old spreadsheets and email threads to find the latest lease-up schedules for your assets. Create leasing goals for your team in Dottid. Plus, Dottid does the hard work for you and auto-populates any vacancies or upcoming renewals, so your team can set annual goals with ease. Whether you’re updating the budget or assessing the profitability of a deal, reference all the agreed upon goals in one centralized place.
