With our most recent release, users are now able to:
Export a Real-Time Stacking Plan
Export a real-time stacking plan with the click of a button. Users can now export a PDF of Dottid’s Asset Visualization for their properties. Simply select the Export Button, choose whether you want to export for an internal or external audience, and leverage this data as you monitor the health of your portfolio. Dottid ensures you have all the necessary tools for internal data distribution or quick investor reporting.
Update Deals on Your Deal Pipeline
Keep everyone on the same page and instantly update your deal pipeline when a deal progresses to the next stage. Users can now move deals to a subsequent stage once all stage tasks have been completed. Easily search or filter on the Deal Pipeline to view your most relevant deals. The Deal Pipeline Page can still be viewed for an individual property on the Properties Page, but is now additionally available on the Deals Page, each for increased transparency and accountability on your teams.
Compare Deal Terms to Your Leasing Goals
Stop hunting through old spreadsheets and email threads to find the latest leasing goals while negotiating a deal. Dottid does the hard work for you and auto-populates your saved leasing goals in the deal terms workspace. Easily reference your leasing goals as you enter deal terms for a proposal and compare terms to leasing goals as the negotiation progresses. Whether you’re determining how to counter or assessing the profitability of a deal, effortlessly compare deal terms and leasing goals in one centralized place.
Save Your “View By” Preference
Dottid remembers your preferences and personalizes the data for your workflow, saving you time and making it easy to keep track of the latest updates. As soon as you make a “View By” selection on the Inquiries, Deals, or Properties Page, your preference will save for the next time you log into Dottid. Pick up exactly where you left off and instantly view your leasing data in the way that makes the most sense to you.
