Dashboard Refresh

Our good morning screen has been refreshed… better preparing you for the day ahead. Stop scrambling to see where deals stand—users can effortlessly view metrics across their markets, portfolios, properties, and funds.

The Dashboard gives users real time insights into their most important data. Users can quickly see upcoming and overdue tasks, active deals by stage, and projected annual occupancy. Make the complex easy by viewing everything you need and nothing you don’t, all in one place.

Checklists Simplified

Dottid’s personalized checklists are the key to streamlined task completion and organized transactions. We’ve updated how you mark tasks to be shared with other teams on the deal. Optionally mark the task as public to include the Tenant team. Add task due dates, assign team members to the task, add files, and a description to increase transparency. Collaboration and communication across teams have never been easier.
