January 2021 Release Notes
Our release notes describe all new features and bug fixes released each month.
In our most recent release, users are now able to:
Start Messaging Team Members
Stay connected to your team from anywhere and everywhere. We are excited to introduce Dottid’s new Message feature. By selecting the message icon, you can instantly message individual team members or groups from within your company. The message icon is platform-wide and available from any screen view, making it easier than ever to guarantee better collaboration and communication across your teams.
Customize Personal User Settings
Personalize the Dottid platform to suit your needs. Easily control your user settings with Dottid’s new Settings Page. Edit your profile, ownership group, notifications, permissions, multi-factor authentication, and password all from one place.
View Yearly Dashboard Data
Stay in the know on what’s happening with your deals year over year. Users can now view specific data by year for both projected occupancy and expirations. Stop searching for your data; simply expand your Dashboard graphs to view deal specifics.
Add Property Task Templates
Streamline your task completion by using Dottid’s personalized Task Templates, now specific to each of your properties. These templates allow users to personalize property checklists. No need to create a new checklist every time you add a new deal, simply add one of your Task Templates for that property and start checking tasks off of your list.
View an Industrial Project with Multiple Properties
We are making it easier than ever for you to view your industrial properties in the ways that make the most sense to you. Properties that are part of an industrial park can now be viewed at the Project level. Projects allow you to view data for several industrial properties all in one place.
Visualize Industrial Projects with Slate Visualization
With Dottid’s new Slate Visualization feature, users can quickly view all industrial properties within a Project in a single visualization. Slate Visualizations give users a bird’s eye view of the industrial space, allowing them to quickly see vacancies and lease expirations.
