Submit Deal Tasks for Approval
Dottid is making it easier than ever to increase accountability and transparency across your teams. We are excited to announce Dottid’s new Task Approvals Feature. Users at the Admin or Maintainer permission level can now require approval for tasks on any Task Template. Simply navigate to a deal to check how many tasks are still pending approval from one or more Admin team members. Submit tasks for approval throughout the entire deal workflow and check tasks off the deal checklist once approval is received. Visibility is the key to any lease transaction, so start using Task Approvals to streamline task completion on your teams.
Seamlessly Initiate a New Deal
Deals are the priority, so we are simplifying how users add a new deal to their pipeline. We recently refreshed our New Deal Window. Now, users can seamlessly add a tenant name, property, suite, deal type, and task template all in one place.
Star Your Most Important Deals
Your most important deals should be easy to find and visible. Track your most important deals by selecting the star icon to move them to your Deal Favorites List. These deals will always be at the top of your Deals Page, so you can access them with ease.
Customize Email Notification Settings
Personalize your Dottid notifications to suit your needs. Our Notifications Tab got a refresh, so users can more easily toggle their email notifications. Select Settings under your Command Center and start customizing your notifications. Never miss a deal update, lease expiration, or direct message again.
Add a Tenant Contact and Optionally Invite Them to Join a Deal
Effortlessly manage all of your deal relationships within Dottid. Add a Tenant Contact to any deal and optionally invite them to join the deal. The Tenant Rep will not see any specific deal terms, but they can actively stay up to date on the status of the deal. Dottid ensures collaboration and communication exist across both sides of the lease transaction.
