In our most recent release, users are now able to:
Add Early Termination Label for Tenants Vacating
We know move-out dates may change after a signed contract. Our newest feature, Early Termination, allows the user to amend the termination date for existing tenants. Keep your team up to date by adding this label to early terminating tenants from the suites page. Just a small way to help your team manage important details without adding extra work.
Track Month-to-Month Deals
Deals have always been the name of the game for us. We are now giving users the functionality to add Month-to-Month deals with the ability to add a lease expiration date once the tenant gives notice. This new features gives teams added visibility into when deals are expiring; helping to eliminate long suite vacancies.
Join a Deal as an Admin or Maintainer
As a Property Owner or Asset Manager you will normally have an Admin or Maintainer role with Dottid. And while you have always been able to view the deals of your Leasing Agents and Brokers, it was always at the macro level. Now, you will be able to opt-in via our Join a Deal feature to specific deals that are important to you.
Using Join a Deal, will grant you access to real time conversations, up-to-date notifications, and tasks for completion. This new feature allows Admins and Maintainers to actively participate in the deals that are most important to them.
