With our most recent release, users are now able to:
Dynamic Projections
Dynamic Projections gives our users the ability to project property performance in a graph that responds to selections of deals in your deal pipeline and upcoming renewals. Initially, customers can project Occupancy Percentage, with future releases adding many other metrics. With Dynamic Projections, users can see a close estimate of the projection they need without shuffling data through other complex financial models.
Expanded Encumbrances on Deals
We’ve expanded the encumbrance form on deals so that you can capture more accurate and organized information. Users can add multiple encumbrances of the same type, select a different property, mark the notice date, effective date and much more! A final row showing which encumbrances exist in a given proposal or counter has been added to the deal terms overview so you can see this information at a glance. All of this information ends up on your stacking plan, where alerts are updated to display the all the new fields for an encumbrance.
Property Page Redesign
To reduce the number of clicks to navigate through a property in Dottid, we’ve consolidated the rent roll, asset visualization and property details into a single page with tabs separating the view of each. Users can quickly jump between pages and not have to return to the left hand navigation to jump between these property sub-pages.
