Leverage Expanded Suite Card
We’ve expanded the suite card in Dottid! The same deal activity feed that you love has been brought to a suite. Invite your property managers into Dottid to keep track of all your tenant updates, space repairs, and other comments related to a suite or active lease. Get notified when a lease commences, expires, or vacates early. Along with the activity feed, you can now add additional contacts related to a tenant so you know who the key decision makers are, not just the tenant reps who worked the original deal. With our suite card updates, your teams are armed with all the information they need to stay on top of your renewals and ensure you secure the next lease.
Manage Capital Projects from Dottid with the CapEx Projects Feature
Our best-in-class workflow and collaboration features have expanded beyond the deal - we’re excited to introduce CapEx Projects! Manage your construction projects from start to finish entirely in Dottid. Collect and approve bids, set your key milestone dates, track your progress, and collaborate with your teams in the project activity feed. Each project rolls up into a summary page where you can see your budget projections, spend history, and projected completion dates. Check in on any property to see what projects are planned, in progress, and recently completed so you’re always up to date.
